Hello! We're Jean and Vi.

Originally from Amsterdam, we've spent years travelling the world, but no matter where our journeys took us, Nice always held a special magic. Every time we returned, we felt instantly lifted by the vibrant Riviera colours, the active outdoor lifestyle, and the dramatic backdrop where the Alps meet the Mediterranean. Add to that how effortlessly accessible Nice is from almost anywhere in Europe, plus world-class cycling routes starting right on our doorstep, and falling in love with the region was inevitable!

Eventually, we decided to turn that love into something permanent and bought our own little pied-à-terre in Carré d'Or, one of Nice's most elegant and central quarters.

Between us we speak English, German, Dutch, Bulgarian and Russian fluently, plus solid French, so getting in touch is easy whatever your first language. We're not yet living in Nice full-time ourselves, but we've built a trusted local team over the years, including a reliable handyman and a regular cleaner, so if anything ever needs fixing or organising during your stay, it's taken care of quickly.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome you to N°10 Buffa. Hosting brings us so much joy, and we'll do everything we can to ensure you have a wonderful, memorable stay on the Côte d'Azur.
