A love of Nice, turned into a home
Hello! We're Jean and Vi.
Originally from Amsterdam, we've spent years travelling the world, but no matter where our journeys took us, Nice always held a special magic. Every time we returned, we felt instantly lifted by the vibrant Riviera colours, the active outdoor lifestyle, and the dramatic backdrop where the Maritime Alps meet the Mediterranean. Add to that how effortlessly accessible Nice is from almost anywhere in Europe, plus world-class cycling routes starting right on our doorstep, and falling in love with the region was inevitable!
Eventually, we decided to turn that love into something permanent and bought our own little pied-à-terre in Carré d'Or, one of Nice's most elegant and central quarters.
Welcome to N°10 Buffa! We're really looking forward to hosting you. It gives us so much joy to make N°10 Buffa a place where you feel at home straight away, and we'll do everything we can to make your time on the Côte d'Azur unforgettable.
Always close by, in your own language. Getting in touch is easy: between us we speak English, German, Dutch, Bulgarian and Russian fluently, plus a good bit of French. Whichever language you choose, you can always reach us.
Our trusted local team, including a cleaner and a reliable handyman, is available whenever you'd like. If anything is needed during your stay, it's quickly taken care of.
