    “Ich habe mich in dem Studio in Nizza von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt – zum Meer sind es nur etwa 3–5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch sonst ist alles sehr zentral gelegen. Sowohl die Altstadt als auch die Neustadt sind schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie Bus und Bahn sowie der Bahnhof sind von dort aus sehr gut und schnell erreichbar, was besonders praktisch ist, um Nizza und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Studio selbst ist sehr schön, hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, sodass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Gerade für ein Auslandssemester ist das Studio meiner Meinung nach perfekt geeignet, da man eine tolle Lage hat und gleichzeitig einen schönen Rückzugsort zum Wohlfühlen. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen waren sie immer schnell erreichbar und haben sich zuverlässig um alles gekümmert. Insgesamt war ich rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde das Studio jederzeit weiterempfehlen!”

    “I stayed 5 months during the winter of 2025-2026 in the apartment ‘No10 Buffa’ and I loved it. I was personally welcomed by the host and hostess with a lot of warmth, tips and advices. Where to eat, shop, experience culture, swim, hike and cycle. During my stay they kept in contact in the background, interested in my wellbeing. The appartement was light, shiny and well equipped. Thanks to the applied interior and the high ceilings it felt spacious. The bed was very accommodating, to dream in, and large enough to have a friend sleep over for the weekend. ‘No10 Buffa’ is situated in ‘Palais Barety’, one of the beautiful historical palaces on the western side of the old city. It lies in the chic ‘Quartier d’Or’, a posh neighborhood with nice shops, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets around the corner. The Promenade des Anglais, the beach, park ‘La Coulée Verte’, markt ‘Cours Saleya’ and the historical old town are all in walking distance. At the western end of the street la Buffa begins a cheerful, more working-class neighborhood. ‘No10 Buffa’ was a very pleasant studio to get to know Nice and its far surroundings well and pleasantly. It leaves you wanting more.”
